Topstar Overseas Electronics Co.,Ltd.(referred as Topstar for short) was founded by Topstar Digital Technology Co.,Ltd and Chun Ming Co.,Ltd. in 2004. Its headquarters and R&D center are located in Fu Tian district of Shenzhen, while the factory located in Ping Shan district, Shenzhen. The company has been focusing on developing, manufacturing and marketing laptops, and was identified as the National Hi-Tech Enterprise in 2010. 
      Since its foundation, Topstar has been consistently developing self-retained technology and pursuing technical innovation and product-leadership in the field. The company invests 5% of its total annual income into R&D. After years of development, Topstar has mastered the key technologies including hardware, software, thermal system, R&D, signal analysis, ID, power system and etc.. Our R&D capability occupies a leading position in mainland China, especially the ability of MB design, BIOS, and ID, reached the advanced level in the world. The company now has a young, passionate, qualified and innovative R&D team.
       In 2006, Topstar founded its laptop R&D center, and built the partnership with companies that are famous in or out home, like Intel, Founder, Tong Fang, Great Wall, etc.. It also built long term cooperation with universities like Shenzhen University, Tsinghua University, which provides a good atmosphere for the developing of now products.
       So far, Topstar owns a series of core intellectual property, and successfully made more than 40 models of laptops mass production. The production line includes nettop, notebook, AIO manufacturing lines and the products’ sizes are from 10 inch to 21.5 inch.
       Topstar has its own factory, which has automatic SMT line, system assembly line and professional testing centre. The factory has passed ISO9001:2000、ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System Authentication and ISO14001:2004 Environment Management System Authentication. A series of complete and strict quality control system and environment management system has provided a suitable condition for the manufacturing of products. The company products have passed a number of internal and external quality certification like CCC, FCC, CE, VCCI, VL, CB etc..
       Due to its strong R&D capability and good product quality, Topstar has gained a considerable recognition in the field of NB ODM and built a long term relationship with NB OEMs in home and across the world. Now Topstar has certain influence in South America, Southeast Asia, India and Russia market.
